GEORGIA

Georgia is a small country which is located in the Caucasus Region of Eurasia.  It is located on the coast of the Black Sea and it shares borders with Russia, Turkey, Armenia, and Azerbaijan.

Georgia is a destination for any foodie because of its abundance in astonishing cuisine and wine. Georgian cuisine is filled with fresh vegetables, incredible spices and vegetable-based sauces, beans, cheese, yogurt, nuts, meat, and fresh bread.  For such a small country, Georgia has an astounding 65 regions and each with their own set of culinary traditions.
